Can I send my order to a gift recipient?
Yes, we can ship your order to a gift recipient. During the checkout process you can specify the address you want the order shipped to.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards through our preferred payment partner PayPal.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in Canadian (CAD) dollars.
Do I have to pay tax on my purchase?
For most provinces, no, however residents of British Columbia are required to pay the 7% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) on certain products. (Excluded products are listed below)
We do not charge 7% PST on the following products: Bibs, Burp Cloths, Baby Blankies
What is your Refund/Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with our products and your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we'll provide a refund/exchange within 10 days upon receiving your order. The product(s) must be in its original packaging, condition and be unused. The product(s) must also be shipped back to us with a shipping service that has a tracking number. We are not responsible for items sent back to us without this information. Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Yes, you may choose a faster shipping service. Please email us at contact us before you order for a shipping quote.
Do I get notified once my order ships?
Yes. Once your order is ready for shipping, an email will be sent to you containing details about the order including a tracking number and estimated delivery time.

The shipping prices listed below are flat rate fees; you only pay one shipping price for the entire order.

For security reasons, a physical shipping address must be provided. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We reserve the right to not honor our flat rate shipping prices for orders that are significantly different from the prices and delivery times posted. This may include addresses that are rural, difficult to deliver to, or are in outlying areas.
Where are the products shipped from?
Our products are shipped from Vancouver, BC, Canada.
If I want to buy one or two small items, do I still have to pay the flat rate shipping price?
Flat rate shipping isn't always suitable for certain items.
